The Daiwa STEEZSVTW1016SV-SH SV TW Baitcasting Reel is made with SV spools. This spool allows for minimal backlash and makes it easy to cast all weights of lures. This reel is part of the second generation of Steez model reels from Daiwa. This reel features a G1 Duralumin drive gear. This drive gear is a key element of Daiwa baitcasting reels. This reel also has a G1 duralumin spool. This material is stronger than standard aircraft grade aluminum. This spool is strong yet still lightweight. This baitcast reel feature TWS which reduces the weight and overall profile. This also allows for long casting with minimal backlash. The rear shape of this reel is ergonomically designed for easy palming. The knob of this reel is high grip i-shape and lightweight. This knob creates a comfortable non-slip grip. The main frame and set-plate of this reel combines airmetal and super metal for increased supreme rotation and retrieve performance.
